I didn’t come to fitness early—or easily.

I found my way into movement later in life, while navigating a limiting heart condition, raising four kids, and balancing the unpredictability of military life as an Army wife through multiple deployments. I learned quickly that wellness isn’t about perfection; it’s about adaptability, patience, and knowing how to work with your body instead of against it.

I’ve spent over a decade working as a personal trainer and coach, earning certifications through ACE, NASM, and CrossFit, and completing my Master’s degree in Exercise Science with a focus on Health and Wellness. But just as importantly, I’ve lived the reality of sorting through conflicting advice, internet noise, and “one-size-fits-all” solutions that rarely fit real life.

My approach is rooted in science, shaped by experience, and grounded in simplicity. I believe wellness should feel supportive, not overwhelming, and flexible enough to evolve with your season of life.

This is wellness, but different.
